Third-Party Advertising Services: We provide information to advertising companies that enables them to serve you more useful and relevant HappyMoves advertisements and to track their effectiveness. When we do this, we never share your name or any other information that directly identifies you. Rather than that, we employ an advertising identifier such as a cookie or another type of device identifier. For instance, if you have already downloaded one of our apps, we will share your advertising identifier and data about that event in order to prevent you from being served an ad to download the app in the future. Please adjust your Customer Communication Preferences if you do not wish to receive email or other communications from us. If you do not wish to receive in-app notifications from us, please adjust your app or device's notification settings.
Please adjust your Advertising Preferences if you do not wish to see interest-based advertisements.
On most browsers and devices, the Help feature will explain how to prevent your browser or device from accepting new cookies or other identifiers, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to completely disable cookies. If you are a seller, you can add or update certain information in Seller Central, update your account information by accessing Seller Account Information, and customise your email or other communications with us by updating your Notification Preferences.
If you are an author, you can edit or add to the information you have provided in the Author Portal or Author Central by logging into your Author Portal or Author Central account.
Additionally, you may have the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to request access to and deletion of your personal information. Please contact Customer Service if you wish to do any of these things. Certain services may be limited or unavailable depending on your data selections.
Can Children Use HappyMoves' Services?
Children are not permitted to purchase products from HappyMoves. Adults may purchase our children's products. If you are under the age of 18, you may use HappyMoves Services only with your parent or guardian's consent. Without the consent of the child's parent or guardian, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
